Partner Angela Carlin is the Co-Chair of Weston Hurd’s Estate, Trust and Probate Practice Group. Angela focuses her practice on estate, trust and probate administration, probate and trust litigation, and tax matters. Angela has written articles and made numerous presentations to bar associations and community groups on topics such as probate, trusts, guardianships, adoption and antenuptial agreements. In addition to authoring the Merrick-Rippner Probate Law publication, which is the recognized authority in Ohio on probate law, Angela has written articles for the Probate Law Journal of Ohio and serves on its Editorial Advisory Board. She has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Female Ohio Super Lawyers (2005) and has received the Ohio Bar Association Nettie Cronise Lutes Award as the outstanding woman lawyer in Ohio (1996), and is an AV-Preeminent® rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell.
