Overview

The Legal Malpractice team consists of highly qualified trial lawyers who have extensive experience in both state and federal trial and appellate courts and represent clients in matters ranging from civil damage actions to law firm dissolution to claims of malpractice.

A recent matter handled by the firm involved representing a commercial litigation law firm in a two week legal malpractice trial, filed by a California entertainment lawyer, involving well-known industry executives.
