Carolyn Soeder is experienced in all aspects of family law mediation and litigation through the appellate level. Her practice includes dissolution, divorce, preparation for mediation and representation in mediation, child custody, parenting time, premarital agreements, child and spousal support matters, trial work, appellate work, and all aspects of post-decree modifications.
An advocate for her clients during tremendously difficult times, Carolyn focuses on ensuring that they have an informed understanding of their case as she guides them through the process from beginning to end.
Active in the legal community, Carolyn sits on the boards of trustees of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Cleveland State University College of Law Alumni Association and is a board member of Westlake High School Alumni Association. She is recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers as a Rising Star (2023-2024) and by Best Lawyers in America for Family Law (2025); and Ones to Watch (2023-2024).
Carolyn received her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Toledo.
