Eric Kyser joined Weston Hurd in March 2022.  Eric represents clients in both state and federal courts throughout the United States and is admitted to the State of Ohio, various United States District Courts, and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.  His litigation experience includes representing clients in complex commercial litigation involving tortious interference claims, trade secret claims, creditor’s rights in bankruptcy court, real estate, and general contract matters.  He is also experienced in Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act (PACA) litigation and uses his expertise to represent clients in District Court as well as preserving their rights in Bankruptcy Court.  Eric also represents clients in transactional matters including contract negotiations, acquisitions, entity formation, and real property sales and leasing.
