Partner Fred J. Arnoff is the chair of Weston Hurd’s Business Practice Group. Fred represents closely-held businesses and individuals in matters involving general business, commercial and corporate issues, as well as bankruptcy, employment, labor, and real estate. Fred has a number of long-standing clients, serving a second and even third generation of a family. He represents his clients zealously – as if they were members of his own family, making himself available around the clock and throughout the year. Fred received his B.S. from Miami University and his J.D. from the University of Akron. In addition to his Ohio Bar admission, Fred has admission before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He is an AV Preeminent®-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell. Since 2010, Fred has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America® for Real Estate Law. Fred’s memberships include the American and Ohio State Bar associations and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and its Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section.
