Kaitlin L. Madigan focuses her practice on matters involving the defense of governmental entities, insurance, wrongful death, and products liability claims. Kaitlin received her B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee and her J.D. from Capital University Law School where she was a member of the Order of the Curia. In addition to her Ohio Bar admission, Kaitlin has admission before the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. Within the legal community, Kaitlin is a member of the Appellate Section of the Ohio State Bar Association, a member of the Columbus Bar Association, and a graduate of its Barrister’s Leadership Program. Kaitlin is also a graduate of the Ohio Women’s Bar Association Leadership Institute Class of 2021-2022. In 2016, Kaitlin participated in the International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy at Stanford Law School, which develops defense trial advocacy skills through faculty instruction and demonstration. On multiple occasions since 2018, Kaitlin has been recognized as an Ohio Rising Star in Civil Litigation-Defense by Thomson Reuters.
