Scott J. Robinson focuses his practice on general litigation matters involving commercial and business, trusts and estates/probate, products liability, real estate, employment law, and collections. Scott has tried dozens of jury and bench trials to verdict as well as resolved disputes through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Scott is recognized in the Best Lawyers in America® 2024 and 2025 for his work in Commercial Litigation. After receiving his B.A. from Case Western Reserve University, Scott obtained his J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law. In addition to his Ohio Bar admission, Scott is admitted to practice in California and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Northern District of Illinois, the Northern District of Indiana, and Colorado as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
