Mourning the Loss of our Partner and Friend Steven L. Wasserman

in News

Steven L. WassermanThe attorneys and staff of Weston Hurd LLP mourn the passing of our Partner and friend Steven L. Wasserman.

For more than 40 years, Steve represented his clients in banking and business transactions, real estate development, leasing and financing, and complex shareholder matters.

Steve received his B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati and his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Steve was the former Chair of the Certified Grievance Committee of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and served on the board of directors and the audit committee of a publicly-traded telecommunications company.

We extend our very deepest sympathies to Steve’s wife Joni and their children and grandchildren.
