JONATHAN A. GOOD brings extensive experience in employment and labor, health care, business, and transactional matters. Specifically, Jon represents his clients in FLSA, retaliation, ERISA, workers’ compensation, and related employment claims. He also advises on medical board issues, long term care matters, and HIPAA compliance. In business litigation and transactional matters, Jon provides counsel on breach of contract and fraud, as well as acquisitions, joint ventures, and operating and distribution agreements.
Jon received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. In addition to the Ohio Bar, Jon has admission before the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio and the Northern District of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits.
Within the community, Jon served on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Physicians Health Program and on the Board of New Avenues to Independence, Inc.

JAMES (JAY) L. NABORS, III focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, and real estate. Jay assists individuals and families with their estate planning needs including preparation of wills, durable powers of attorney, health care powers of attorney, living wills, revocable living trusts, and irrevocable trusts. He also represents clients in probate-related litigation involving estates and guardianships, and advises clients on Medicaid planning. Additionally, Jay counsels buyers and sellers in matters where real estate defects have been encountered after closing.
Jay received his B.S.B.A. cum laude from Bowling Green State University and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Toledo. He gained his Ohio Bar admission in 2015 and has admission before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
Jay’s memberships include the Ohio State and Cleveland Metropolitan Bar associations.
